Introducing Mt Isthmus by The Lindis Group. An exceptional premium villa experience, featuring extensive use of Premium HARO Engineered Timber Flooring Fumed Oak Sauvage.
Sitting on a 7000 acre station, the villa looks out over Lake Hāwea. Rugged and steep mountain ranges climb straight out of the lake’s shores on all sides, and with some of the clearest waters in the country, it really is a sight to be savoured.
The building itself is directly inspired by the mountains — the lake-facing and rear façades mimicking the mountains with jagged geometric cornices of different heights, in direct correlation to the silhouettes of the mountains behind them. Featuring extensive use of HARO Premium Engineered Timber Flooring Fumed Oak Sauvage.
Tony Butel Design was the architect, construction by Brosnan Construction, and the project was managed by Ant Beale.
